Bust
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist
Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Keep it snug but not too tight for a comfortable fit.
Low Waist
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your waist, just above your hips. Keep it snug but not too tight for a comfortable fit.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. Make sure the tape measure is comfortably wrapped without pulling too tightly
